Acceptance By using OrchestraML, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

What we provide OrchestraML is an autonomous ML pipeline platform. We provide automated dataset search, data processing, model training, and deployment tools powered by AI agents.

Your responsibilities You are responsible for the data you upload. You must not upload datasets containing illegal content, data you don't have rights to use, or data that violates any individual's privacy without consent. You are responsible for how you use deployed models.

Acceptable use OrchestraML may not be used for harmful, illegal, or unethical ML applications including but not limited to surveillance, discrimination, or weapons development.

Model ownership All models trained on our platform belong to you. We claim no ownership over your models, datasets, or pipeline outputs.

Service availability We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.

Free tier limitations Free tier includes up to 500MB dataset size, 5-minute AutoML budget, and standard compute resources. Limits may change with notice.

Termination We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
